Meet Amari - Wellness Coach

My fitness journey started like many others—wanting to lose weight and feel better in my body. I tried fad diets, mixed strength training with hours of cardio, and found myself stuck in the same frustrating cycles of restriction, bingeing, and burnout.
It wasn’t until I started doing the inner work—healing my relationship with food, movement, and myself—that everything changed. I stopped chasing quick fixes and began building habits that supported both my physical and mental well-being. Through years of experience, research, and personal growth, I discovered my true passion: helping others feel strong in both body and mind.
Today, I’m an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. I combine my knowledge of physical health with my background in mental wellness to offer coaching that goes deeper. I help busy men and women not only build strength and consistency, but also develop the mindset and emotional balance needed to create lasting change.
With my coaching, we won’t just focus on workouts—we’ll align your habits, health, and headspace so you can become the strongest, most grounded version of yourself. Because true wellness isn’t just about what you do in the gym—it’s about how you live, think, and feel.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on dates with my husband, traveling, reading, spending time with my siblings and nephew, or enjoying a good show.
